While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Caddy Flip is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly.
